A "law" that is not subject to judicial review? Kind of like a |

fish that is not subject to water. Laws, real laws, are always subject to judicial review. Now, an "edict" or a "fiat" or a "dictate" is something issued by someone not subject to law - like a. . . like a . . . Dictator!
