The Republic is on Life Support: countdown to Ecstacy (or is it "The Rapture?")

Some folks have been following the Press Club interview of General Hayden or NSA. To ignore "Probable Cause" as if it was not even in the Fourth Amendment was like listening to either the worst liar in the country today, or the supidest general officer the services ever produced. Like Powell, Hayden has discraced himself irretreivably.

I think this, along with the current and future absence of any more fair elections and the foregone conclusion of the Alito Nomination to "executive assistant," should convince even the most sceptical of us that we shall have either totalitarianism or revolution.
