"The Foley Amendment", to ban Man/Boy Marriage.

This amendment to the constitution will be named after its creator Mr. Foley, to ban any and all marriages between old men and teen aged boys in perpetuity, and that the institute of marriage be recognized only as a union between a male and female of the same approximate age and species.
