The Rumsfeld swiftboating is just a ploy. |

I am at the head of the line when it comes to criticizing Rummy. The guy has demonstrated time and time again that he is incompetent, surmounted only by his evil objectives. Nevertheless, we have to keep the finger pointed at the head guy. Nothing should detract from the point that it is Bush himself who is keeping himself surrounded by the lords of the evil empire. Bush has opportunities every second of the day to rid his house of this blight. Instead, he sits there hunkered down with them and apparently even reaches back to another of America's nadirs to call upon the advice of Kissinger. Henry, I'm going to state the obvious. Iraq isn't Vietnam. The two are united only in one thing. Their wars have caused the unjustifiable deaths of too many people.

1. I think the main problem with Rumsfeld other than the obvious is that |
|
when Bushco decided to go to war i think they probably told Rumsfeld "whatever you want to do is ok by us" so in effect Rumsfeld like Bushco has powers unchecked. I'd like to see them both at the Hague in the penalty box.

I expect we're gonna get our asses kicked in Iraq too, and slink out under a cloud of humiliation.

The wingnut in the next office wanted another video-show of death like GW I, so he was all hot to see us go in. He was still talking aobut how cool Schwartzkopf's briefings were.
