Fox News Headline - Rep. Reynolds: I Warned Hastert About Foley E-Mails
At foxnews.com. Even Fox, which has ignored bad news for the Rethugs in the past, is reporting something resembling reality.

I guess Sir Rupert knows a sinking ship when he sees one - I suppose that's why he's starting to latch onto the other Republican party (the DLC).

2. So Hastert can no longer claim ignorance. Good. I hope
he goes down with the sinking ship.

9. Thank You
It wasn't the primary intent of the post - but as I was writing it, I recalled that Sir Rupert recently threw a large affair for Ms. Clinton - it's all starting to fall into place in my little brain.

12. Even Eisenhower Would Be Appalled
NAFTA... bankruptcy bill... "free trade" with China... Director of Walmart... fleeing from the censure bill... sponsoring a bill to criminalize flag burning... the "Patriot" Act... doing almost anything for a buck...

sorry to burst your bubble - these are Republicans by any reasonable historical standard.

13. IMO, the entire Congress is and has been acting like a kind of
Skull and Bones Club. They think because they make the laws they are above the laws. It really bothers me that the members of Congress who saw the torture videos but NOT ONE of them has said anything. If a detainee was murdered and a little boy sodomized and they saw the videos, then they are accomplices to the criminals - it wouldn't be whistleblowing, it's covering up a crime. Everyone in Wash DC needs to get a grip on reality and break up their little club.
