The FBI & GOP Leadership Is Giving Foley Time To Scrub His Harddrives
Edited on Sun Oct-01-06 08:31 AM by cryingshame
every minute the FBI delays in seizing Foley's computers... gives him the chance to scrub them of evidence.

There is already material evidence and first hand testimony pointing to Foley's guilt.

Does he have illegal child porn? More damning IM's?

Didn't a Democratic House member have his office raided and computers grabbed?

5. He can scrub all he wants to. He'll still have to surrender it
and the data is not completely deleted and can still be found on the hard drive by computer technicians.

6. Can they not get his
downloads and ims directly from aol? I was under the impression that catching pervs was one of the stated reasons, in addition to terrorists, that the DOJ wants isps to save search, email, im and download records. What was aol's stand on this? I thought they handed over the search records without any resistance.

17. What about Super Gonzo our AG
and his battle against Child Porn, which is why he wants to know whats inside everybody's
computer, well, here's a clearly documented case, let's see our Attorney General, action
figure, in action. What are they going to do? Once again, the facts are staring them
in the face.

22. One would think that the Dems would have this crucial info secured?!!
Dems sometimes can be disappointing, but someone thought ahead to gurantee Foley's $100,000 pension, fucking pathetic!

24. Just like Al Capone, we might have to
Get Foley on some related charge, such as Spoliation of evidence. It is very clear that the IMs exist. It is very clear that the e-mails exist. If it can be proven that a law maker, who should know better, deliberately destroyed evidence, he will be guilty of an offense.

Anytime criminal wrongdoing is covered up, especially on computers, there's a possibility of that charge coming in to the mix.
