He should be investigated by the police for pedophilia. If it is proven that he has had contact with underage people, he should go to prison like all other pedophiles and then be put on the sexual predators registry.

They aren't like most of the other criminals, there is some sort of un-written law that if you go after a kid you are done for. With so much publicity around this I wouldn't doubt he'll have a hard time in jail. (You may remember one of those pedophile priests who was killed in prison.)
