DeWine: "We're Not There for Iraqis; We're There For Us"
Did anyone else hear DeWine say this on Meet the Press?

I thought we were there to free the Iraqi people from the tyranny of Saddam! You know, freedom and democracy is spreading like wildfire and all...and now DeWine is saying we're not there for the Iraqis but for us?

DeWine is a very confused man.

3. Maybe he just couldn't keep all the "reasons" for the war straight anymore
As Scott Adams said, "If you have 13 reasons for a war AFTER you've invaded, you have a problem." (May not be exact quote.)

7. Not just for oil
Republicans want to rule the world. They cannot do that without murdering many people.
Bush the First said, "We want other countries to fear the USA". By murdering Iraqis
unjustly, republicans make people fear the USA. Gradually, many small countries
are being attacked. By killing people in small, weak countries, they put off the day when
they will be left with confronting the big countries. They hope that when that day comes,
in about 50 years, they will have a new way to take over those big countries with
minimal loss to americans.

Gradualism is a tactic that is intended to avoid making the mistakes that other empires
made. Japan moved too fast to build its empire, so it lost. America is gradually
taking over small countries so these killers do not repeat the mistake the Japanese made.

5. was an awful debate, DeWine kept saying "let me finish"
whenever Brown tried to say anything but Brown never did the same to him.

But the comment about being in Iraq for us was in response to the poll that 70% of Iraqis want us out.

They need a new talking point.

8. Talking over Sherrod Brown continually is giving us a very BAD
impression of Dewine.

We need to get rid of Dewine - send him home to his dozen children.

10. How would you like to have had HIM for your Senator?
Another example why I have been partyless in OHIO.

11. Well I'd invite you to WV, but we have Shellie Moore Capito and
she is worse than DeWhine. I hope the voters wise up before the country is a total loss.

12. Capito, the daughter of ex-Governor Arch Moore, convict?
WV is my home state. When I grew up there it was a Democratic state. What has happened to the people's minds to ever vote for a Repug?

You do have a fine Senator Byrd. I don't know how much longer he can continue to fight the cobwebs in Washington.
