The Sunday Files Part One: American Gods
Gods. They have played our imagination and inspiration for many years. Yet, we cannot see touch or feel them, and that still is the case even here on earth. The true gods live in Washington, D.C. and weld the power of good and evil and the notions in which to dispense them. Both sides of the kingdom come together in various parts of the year, as dictated by the people and literally unfold the wrath of many tangents upon America and the World.

Holy beacons of hope have always emanated from the white marbled walkways and buildings of Washington, D.C. but that hope has always dimmed to the common man's plight. The common man owns this plight because of the gods he chooses to put into the offices that serve him. Since grade school, many a common man recite the words "We the people, in order to form a more perfect union", only to put sabateurs of freedom and liberty into the kingdom's chair.

The ability of uniting is plagued by scarcity in political dissent and fear of a downburst of sudden, and blunt power. The beast within our nation is slowly arising from hibernation and is ready to maul anything within it's den of will. Lightening from up top, and thunderous explosions of tear gas and microwave beams will attempt to destroy any enemy of the gods. The tools of the gods can unleash horrors on another man only rivaling that of Mother Nature, herself.

The gods on the hill have no respect, discipline and knowledge of their powers. Their followers are nothing but sinners against the will of the Reptile King. They play on our fears, inhibitions and power-thirsty struggle to rid them of their duties.

But we will only fight in futility because they will always be American Gods.
