Bush was asleep at the wheel on Sept 11th, 2001.... |
|
when our country was attacked by terrorists.
Then he said he was a uniter, not a divider.
And he said he would get Osama bin Laden, dead or alive.
And he invaded Iraq on a pack of lies. And now over 2200 troops are dead.
He said the oil in Iraq would pay for the war.
And he said we could get the big taxcuts and balance the budget...Now, we are almost $3 trillion more in debt.
He has been a miserable failure. The war in Iraq has been a failure. His entire presidency has been a failure. And that's the truth.

5. Our Party has withheld the truth from the people because we are at war.. |
|
But, the time has come to tell the truth about George W Bush. We cannot permit him to destroy our nation any further. He must go and his Republican supporters must go with him. People can see what is happening. Their lies must end.

based on what I have seen and read, 9/11 (the New Pearl Harbor) went almost exactly as planned for the administration. Bush probably could have slept though, since Cheney's in charge anyway.

8. And then there was Katrina |
|
Gee Du(m)b doesn't know enough to come off vacation. The August 6TH PDB would have done it for me, and my staff wouldn't have had to make a DVD about Katrina surivors without food and water for me to come off that vacation. But after all, we are dealing with a spoiled brat frat boy, who claims to love Christ, but he acts more like Nero fiddling while Rome burnt.

Anything But Clinton
Anything that Clinton supported, promoted, or enacted had to be immediately rejected, discouraged, and revered.
It was as if those 8 years had not happened.
The ergonomics study (initiated by Eliz.Dole during Poppa's administration) was reversed, the federal land protections (due to 10 Million opinions from US citizens) was reversed, the attention constantly paid to terrorism was completely ignored. January 23, 2001 they were already laying out plans for attacking Iraq.
I don't subscribe to LIHOP or MIHOP I just won't "go there". I do however find conclusive evidence of complete incompetence and homocidal negligence.

We should have seen the media cover coming when he apologized to the Chinese for them knocking our plane out of the sky (failed to translate and re-translate the message)and they made almost no mention of it. Let us not forget how the culture of corruption officially began-the campaign contributor who was allowed to PILOT A NUCLEAR SUB and ended up killing Japanese school kids.
Wow doesn't that seem like it was ten years ago.

When he let all his Enron buddies pilot the nuclear submarine and it surfaced and killed those Japanese students on their boat. Then he begged the Russians to bring back our spyplane in pieces from the Chinese island...How humiliating!

controlling and allowing the whole thing to happen. This all stinks like a Hitler rerun. The BFEE had a front row show for that takeover as well. They learned everything they needed to learn and they are using his textbook.
War may wreck the economies of countries but it has ALWAYS been an opportunity to build the coffers of individuals that are in the right place at the right time.

39. Jr. is the family idiot, I agree but Jr. isn't running the show as |
|
evidenced by his dependence on his earpiece every time he has to appear "unscripted". "Competence" is definitely there, however. How do you think this guy stole two elections? How do you think it is possible for him to REPEATEDLY admit to criminal behavior and give lame excuses for that behavior and get away with it? "Competence" is not reserved to those that would do good deeds. Evil "competence" is easily disguised as incompetence. That is how they get away with it.

23. The Democrats should have told the truth from the beginning but... |
|
our country was attacked by the terrorists and they did not think it appropriate to place the blame where it belonged - in the White House. On Sept 11th, 2001, George W Bush had spent more days at Crawford, TX than he had spent at the White House. He had left a memo on his desk that said Osama was determined to strike the US. But, the Democrats, out of concern for our country, did not blame Bush or Cheney. But, in hindsight, perhaps they should have?
Because Bush and Cheney took their grandest failure, asleep at the wheel, and turned it into a fear machine for political advantage. They turned their weakness into a strength because the Democrats refused to tell the truth, out of concern for the safety of our nation. But now, the threat is not from the terrorists, but from these cowards in the White House. We should hesitate no longer in letting people know that 9/11 happened on their watch because of ineptitude and incompetence. Their facade of strong leadership can no longer be tolerated.

New Rule: You can't run on a mistake. Franklin Roosevelt didn't run for re-election claiming Pearl Harbor was his finest hour. 9/11 wasn't a triumph of the human spirit. It was a fuck-up by a guy on vacation."
also no one seems to mention that 3000 people (more than on 911) died because of katrina - the other fuck-up by a guy on vacation.

How many are actually dead in New Orleans?
They'll never tell us because I guarantee more died than on 911!
Throw in the number of troops that died because they didn't have the proper body armor--it's just mind boggling!
