My worry is that Dems are involved!
For all we really know elections havn't been legit for a very long time.
Now however is our greatest opportunity to make change.
I see stories about electronic machines everyday and State by State things are getting done,
but the lack of interest in Washington speaks volumes!

Corruption is not a single party value.
MONEY MONEY MONEY.

God Damned you greedy MoFos!

Greedy corrupt politicians?
Do they really care about party loyalty?
Just asking.

9. You were talking about voting machines and stolen elections
That's a system set up by companies linked with Dominionists, who believe that those who oppose Shrub and the Republicans are demonic and evil

10. Fair enough, but we must be open to discussion.
It is extremely nieve to think that Dems are incapable of corruption.

12. Of course, corruptable politicians are a given. It was always thus.
What's different is that while we have a few free-lancers who pad their pockets, the Republicans have made it a core component of their entire Party. Big difference. Stop trying to make it about all politicians. The evidence of corruption is overwhelmingly tied to the Republican Sysndicate.

3. For of all, the elections are overseen by the states....
Second, electronic voting was only widely introduced in the past few years...

Third, most of the districts are drawn in a partisan way in order for one side or the other to maintain their political strength... This fosters a lack of interest for all concerned...

6. People who have the power to change the way we vote,
got there with the system we have, and until they lose out, they will like it just fine..and if they are bounced out, it's too late to change it.. catch 22

7. Are you saying Dems are involved with making votes not count?
Dems are involved with making sure votes for them are given to Repubs? I don't understand.

16. Who is the governor of New Mexico? He refused to recount
in 2004 even though there were widespread complaints - particularly in Native American and Chicano precincts. He apparently has something to protect.

13. Chris Mathews sure dropped the ball.
Did anyone else see the show the other night with Robert Kennedy Jr.?
Man, all tweety was interested in was his poll workers seeing how HE voted.
Stupid? Ignorant? Slanted?
I have to say I appreciate his views more than any on TV, but sometimes he just gets away with being out of touch with the big picture.
Can't say whether I trust him or not.
Wish I could.

early days when the common people began to get the vote, and yes, both parties have engaged in it. In addition to voter/vote counting frauds, we have the bigger fraud of both parties complying with the "understanding" to close ranks and force out any other potential players or parties. Of course, the Re:puke:s seem to be breaking even that agreement by financing Green Party candidates in certain tight or losing races.
