apparently snockered slightly at some friends' wedding and was engaging in the sort of vacuous ribbing that friends do among each other--altho he was doing it without any wit or wits. Why I posted the video was that it seems to show him drunk while he was governor of Texas, long after Jesus changed his life, and because it shows Bush is a total doofus.
