2. Do e-mails suggest that Foley acually had sex with one of the pages?

Notice in this message to another Page, Foley says he'd love to grab the boy's "one-eyed snake". I believe this involves a different page. The page responds "not tonight, don't get too excited". Does this suggest that on other occasions, Foley's Internet chat resulted in an actual rendezvous where they met, and where Foley actually DID get excited on THAT occasion and grab the one-eyed snake? The apparent familiarity of Foley and this page and the fact he just launched right in to this kind of talk, and the prolongation of this Internet chat would suggest to me that they'd had this kind of contact (and more?) before.
