Bum Hunting?

I only watched '60 Minutes' tonight because of Woodward. He had little to tattle that most here already didn't know. Yawn.

However, I'd never heard about the 'Bum Hunting' videos. '60 Minutes' interviewed a juvenile who was convicted for 35 years(?) for killing a homeless person. He said that he and his friends watched those 'Bum Hunting' videos over and over again and thought they were just playing out what they saw.

OMG!!! I feel really naive. But isn't 'Bum Hunting' and dragging people behind cars or leaving them to die on a fence the rational outcome of Reaganism -- as delivered to us by Newt, Rush, Bush, etc???

The Bum Hunter thing is mostly a Steve Irwin parody (I didn't know there were several "Bum Hunters").

finding out now. I have no idea how many groups there are, nor have I ever seen one of those videos (which sound like snuff films to me) other than some news coverage a couple of years ago.

2. There was a little new information from Woodward

namely Kissinger's influence in maintaining Stupid's delusion that Iraqnam is somehow winnable. Between the lines was a developing chill between the WH and Woodward when he started to ask a few uncomfortable questions.

I'd known about "Bumfights" because 60 Minutes did another story on them years ago and really stuck it to that weasel "producer" about exploiting the helpless.

18. Recently here in Nashville we had a story of a homeless woman

sleeping in Riverfront Park, when 2 men were seen pushing her into the river. The Cumberland River has some nasty undertow. Her body was found several days later.
