Foley is a full-blown situational pedophile. Situational pedophiles sexually degrade,
exploit and dominate minors. Some situational pedophiles prefer young children. Some
prefer teens. Most situational pedophiles will sexually abuse any vulnerable minor who
is available to victimize. It's about power and degradation--through sex--for these
predators.

Maybe this was a starting point for Foley. Maybe these pages--and the emails--were
his first exploits. It's also possible that he has many victims in his wake, and the
emails/IMs are the most benign of his exploits.

We don't know yet.

However, one thing is for certain--the man is a situational pedophile. A sexual interest
in teenage boys--isn't something that a grown man dabbles in--or does because he was
drunk on a few martinis. Foley clearly demonstrates a sexual interest in teenage boys.
He's stated, in the instant messages--that sex talk with this teenager makes him hot.

He's got the "disease". How far all of this has gone in Foley's life--is unanswered.
