List examples of crimes associated/linked to the Administration.
This is a parallel thread to a poll.

A big crime was going to war in Iraq based on "faulty WMD intelligence" and linking Al Queda to Iraq.

But there are so many more-add to the list.

7. No-bid contracts to Halliburton ...
... and other Bush-Cheney 'cronies', to whit:

Uncle Dick's 'secret energy meetings' resulting in rise in oil prices

Passage of the 'Bankruptcy Bill' which favours banks and credit card companies over individuals

Botched 'Medicaid reform' which results in huge profits for Big Pharma

And lest we forget:
Secret prisons
Rendition in contravention of international and domestic law
Refusal to abide by Geneva Conventions although we are a signatory

8. The "relaxing" of mine safety and environmental laws...........
relaxing meaning, caving in to Corporate interests in return for campaign contributions and all of those other "perks" Republicans seem to enjoy so much.

most definitely depraved indifference in the murder of thousands of citizens.
giving the green light to torture, use of white phospherous, Fallujah

The common practice in our government these days of 'plausible deniablilty', makes the job of investigating crimes that much more difficult...but certainly not impossible.

10. The pretzel-like caper
Bush breaks the law by using taxpayer dollars to fund his roadshow to tell taxpayers he's not breaking the law (wiretapping).

Granted, in the tradition of GOP corruption, Bush may be just on this side of breaking the law that governs this, but not by much.

Denial of Water to Iraqi Cities
Water supplies to Tall Afar, Samarra and Fallujah were cut off during US attacks during the past two months, affecting up to 750,000 civilians. This appears to form part of a deliberate US policy of denying water to the residents of cities under attack. If so, it has been adopted without a public debate, and without consulting Coalition partners. It is a serious breach of international humanitarian law, and is deepening Iraqi opposition to the United States, other coalition members, and the Iraqi government.

This briefing outlines the evidence for the denial of water to Iraqi civilians, discusses stated justifications for these tactics, and analyses some of the implications. It calls for the immediate cessation of this tactic, which causes severe and undue suffering to civilians under attack.
