Chickenhawk has two different meanings.

the first,as we are all familiar with,is someone who advocates war,after having actively avoided it themselves.
the second is a man who targets adolescent boys,who may or may not be age of consent.

the question is,why do the Republicans always seem to be one or the other?

I remember this usage of the term, different from the context we are USED to seeing it at this site.
