UFB! They didn't even bother informing the D on the 3-man board that they were making changes to policy, etc. The D Congresscritter released
a statement to that effect (didn't catch the name). I wonder if they were ever going to bother to tell him?

And the Rs are trying to paint this as a bipartisan problem?
