Since their have been "conflicting reports" I figured I'd ask DU'ers what they knew.

I was under such a different impression of him ...it was confusing, but I at least got my question answered. Now I can Google about him without putting in the wife or kids to see how he got involved with politics.

When I lived in FL-16 before coming to Canada, I met Foley several times at town hall meetings.

He sometimes referred to his "fiancee" and reportedly at another town hall meeting (outside of my area), he showed off his "fiancee" but never married her.
