3. Remind me of the rationale for her being allowed to skip the oath. |

Was it something like, she's too trustworthy?

4. Condi refused to testify at all, then buckled under pressure. |
|
She did testify under oath. She lied under oath. bush and cheney did not testify under oath, nor were the proceedings recorded of their "testimony." I did a short summary with article links of how Condi has created her own noose: http://www.democraticunderground.com/discuss/duboard.php?az=view_all&address=364x2291511Welcome to DU :hi:

|
Edited on Mon Oct-02-06 10:53 PM by datadiva
That is why she came out spinning today saying she couldn't recall as usual. I remember watching it and I remember her with her hand up taking the oath. Am I wrong?
And welcome to DU Wholetruth00!
Edited to welcome.

They didn't want to face a federal jury on perjury charges.
Instead, the lucky ones're all heading up the river for treason or criminal dereliction of duty.
Smirk wouldn't appear without Sneer to hold his hand, too.
These turds are so crooked, they can't pee straight, let alone tell the truth under oath or otherwise.
BTW: A most hearty welcome to DU, wholetruth00! Really like your moniker, in a non-page like way.

Or so it now appears. shrub and Cheney were the only two who were allowed the privilege of not perjuring themselves.
