Congressman Foley caught in "Dateline" sting--as an SNL sketch

I just know that there is a comedy sketch in there somewhere. We could have the Congressman speaking from the floor of the House with a suit and tie on, then zoom back and he's got no pants on (like in the NBC "Dateline" pedophiles-on-the-internet sting). Or Foley could be making a speech but instant-messaging on his cell-phone at the same time. The camera could zoom in on the cell-phone display and have something really inane in there, like baseball scores, or his chief of staff telling him to get back to work.

Carlos Mencia already did the joke of "Well, you came in through the back door, so guess what we are going to do to you next" joke.

Of course, we have to put in Mean Jean Schmidt in her Bicentennial-year gymnist suit:
