Tweety's Big Lie of the Day
Edited on Tue Jan-24-06 05:17 PM by Armstead
Abortion is the ONLY issue in the differences over the nominmation of Alito, according to Tweety. He said all other reasons given by Democrats are just a smokescreen.

In a discussion with two Senators ove the Alito vote, Tweety totally ignored Sen. Salizar's contention that there are many reasons that Democrats pan to vote No on Alito, such as the alance of power and cicl rights and equal opportunty.

"Well I say when you boil it all down it's about nothing but abortion," snarled Tweety.

5. not really. Abortion is a reproductive rights issue.
So is marriage for the purpose of procreation and what men and women who don't choose to procreate do for pleasure and intimacy with their reproductive organs.

It's the proverbial tip of the iceberg.

6. How annoying!
I just wrote to tweety asking him to PAY ATTENTION to what his guests say if he doesn't want to continue to appear to be a talking head for the party line. What a dolt. It's Abortion? NO asshole it's the CONSTITUTION.

8. Tweety is an inept observer.
Edited on Tue Jan-24-06 05:23 PM by Fenris
He sees what he wants to see and hears what he wants to hear. Dems oppose Alito's nomination? It's all about one thing! Just ignore the myriad of complaints liberals and moderates have with Alito. It's abortion! It's abortion and you libs can't tell me otherwise! Na-na-na-na-na-na-I'm not listening!

12. I think he has it
completely back assward. Abortion is the smokescreen and turning the USA into a dictatorship should be the message dems talk about.

14. He's gotten his talking point from Hatch.
Hatch stated Dems on committee would vote no to appeal to their pro-abortion base. What a dick, no one's pro-abortion but he needs to say that to appeal to his base.

16. Someone should ask Tweetturd why
Repukes want a judge who views the constitution strictly as written when they don't give a flying f*ck about a President who wipes his ass with the constitution . . .
