What in the blazes of hell is wrong with ANYONE who for ANY reason would protect someone who is in ANY manner sexually exploiting a minor? Parents suffer criminal penalties and lose their children because of conduct like this. But...an asshole US Congressman like Foley sends sexually explicit emails and IMs to minors who are under the control of the US Congress...and SOME PEOPLE cover it up? And do so for MONTHS or even YEARS??? What the fuck?

And...AFTER it starts coming out, SOME PEOPLE try and excuse it ~~ like the WH and its spokesman Tony Snow-job ~~ that it was just something "naughty?" "Naughty" is something like putting a tiny ding in a friend's car and not telling him/her you did it! "Naughty" does not even come within a MILLION MILES of describing the sexual exploitation of children. So...please tell me: What LE agency would accept an excuse that someone who is just Joe or Jane Average Citizen was merely being "naughty" when he or she sent sick, sexual emails or IMs to a minor? Yeah, right ~~ hell of a defense ~~ NOT!!!

I have read that this Foley shit has gone on possible for as long as FIVE YEARS! Who in the hell is gonna believe that NO ONE on the Page Committee has a clue about this? Sure...not one kid in FIVE FREAKING YEARS said one thing to a parent, an adult or someone on that committee about getting an email from a US Congressman which, for example, talked about masterbation or asked how big his penis is. Hello? Anyone think that there is NO way this was NOT covered up? Well, maybe those FREEPERS with their RW family values shit are buying this ~~ but, IMO, anyone who is has to be totally brain-dead to think that the Repuke leadership did not know and did not only turn a deaf ear to it, but INTENTIONALLY and with malice aforethought took specific acts to cover it up! Only a totally, immoral, brain-dead "moran" of a Freeper who is saturated with Bush Kool Aid could even begin to think that there is nothing wrong with what Foley did ~~ and try and excuse it or spin it.

Child sexual exploitation is a crime and the victims are children who do not have the power to protect themselves. They are totally deserving of our support and protection and as responsible adults, IMO, we have a duty to push this and see that any and all members of the US Congress who knew about this and did nothing are removed from office. IMO, there is NOTHING lower than a pedeophile.

1. The fact that Hastert was negligent in not seeing the damage

of a leader of the Child sexual exploitation was deplorable but damaging in more ways than can be counted.....

The US cannot tell other countries to clean up Child sexual exploitation seeing as the US government is corrupt and cannot clean up it's own problem....

And yes it is a crime.....the neocons are now attacking the victim....well folks this is no surprise.....

...I am so glad that only a small fringe of the RW nutcases ~~ like those found on Free Republic ~~ are trying to find ways to excuse what that asshole Foley did. And, now, the latest???? The JERK was IM'ing minors about inviting them over to his home to engage in under-age drinking?? OMG...in the state where I live, that in and of itself is criminal conduct. I hope he rots in jail along with ANYONE ~~ regardless of political party ~~ who turned a blind eye to this crap!
