...by a homophobic and hostile society at the behest of the American taliban can fuck someone up pretty badly. And while I'm at it, not just homophobia, but a society that sexualizes children while marketing unrealistic gender models, one that seems to practice far too much of the guilt of its predominant religion and far too little of its love and forgiveness, a society that says "Just Say No" to drugs while every other commercial promises a little blue pill to cure foot fungus and male erectile dysfunction and whatever other tic or ill one might think they have...

It's pretty fucked up, and we've got a pretty f'd up group of grouchy, greedy, selfish old white men in every seat of power. Things have to change, or this country will indeed be a comma in the history books...
