Poll question: Do you agree with this comment by O'Reilly about Alito & Democrats?
"Democrats could have picked 2 or 3 specific ruling by Alito and said, this is why those ruling were bad, this is what it means for the country and this is why we can't support this nomination. Instead, they went after him for some club he was in and it didn't play because it was ridiculous and everyone knew it was ridiculous"

I didn't see the confirmation hearings because I've been working about 60 hours a week, and I'd like to think this isn't true. I'd like to think he's ignoring about 90% of the hearings and focusing in on the part he wants to. What do you guys think?

1. Um, I thought they did pick a few rulings that were dead wrong
as well as the other stuff. Media hacks just didn't bother reporting anything but the superficial crap, as usual.

2. they did go after him for the right things
my favorite is when Schumer got him to basically say "I did what Regan would have done in my place because he appointed me."

5. O'Lielly's been making shit up again!
It was the media whores who focused on the Princeton group. For the Democrats it was one of numerous items--including some wacko rulings.
