Doesn't the grand jury he's been dealing with expire at the end of January? Of course he could once again move on to another GJ but that seems like he'd have wasted a lot of time and I just don't think he's the kind of guy who'd want to do that unless it was absolutely necessary.

He didn't empanel a new Grand Jury, just went to one that was already in session. I thought I read here several times that it expires at the end of this month.

I thought he was going to have to rush it and while I would like a pre-SOTU indictment (or three), I'd rather see him do a very thorough job.

There isn't going to be any indictment, period, much less one this week. Get a grip. I'm still interested in when those who bet me will pay out for their loss.
