Stupid question on the MSNBC vote
Why does this add up to 101 percent and not 100?

How do you view the partisan divide in the Senate Judiciary Committee vote on Judge Samuel Alito? * 25826 responses
Justified, given his refusal to discuss his views on a number of key issues.

Sour grapes on the part of the Democrats, given his solid credentials.
