Apparently there is something to fuss about- he resigned and admitted to being hypocritical about his male-on-male sex as well as inappropritate behavior with male teens who worked under him... (Remember the "fuss" about Sexual harrassment when it was Clinton with an adult , consenting woman?)

Then there is the sloppy GOP cover up effort- which also seems to show there was indeed a "fuss."
