Fair and Balanced
Kinda got tired this morning watching Fox News blast a campaign ad in Arizona for being mean or distasteful. Saw Oreilly comment on it last night I think. The ad shows the Republican candidate with grid marks overlayed upon his image. The message states that the candidate is the FOCUS of an investigation.

Well Fox has gone for two days now calling the grid or as they call it "sniper rifle" sights wrong and hateful. The only problem? It's not rifle sights, it's the ground glass focusing screen of a large format or medium format camera. It's most likely is a Hasselblad focusing screen although they can be made for any camera with a ground glass focusing system. The connection is easy for everyone except for the likes of Fox News looking for ways to call Democrats evil. See focus on the investigation, use a focusing screen overlay. It's asinine to even think it would be a sniper rifle scope.

So I had to email them knowing they would correct this oversight immediately. Yeah right.

"Not that you guys will mention this but that ad you’re condemning for its use of “cross-hairs” is really a disservice. The ad is about focusing on the facts, the overlay is not a rifle scope, it’s the ground glass fresnel screen for a large format or a medium format camera. Get the connection? Focus, camera focusing screen? I'm sure in your pursuit for Fair and Balanced reporting you'll correct this oversight, shouldn't be too hard for you guys to at least get that right.

1. Facts have never stopped them.....
from making complete jackasses out of themselves before. Facts? We don't need no stinking facts! How can you watch that crap, anyway? My blood pressure takes a beating if I even channel surf across FUX News. You must have the constitution of a rock!

3. LOL
naww I was just reading about this wack-sack-nut Fred Phelps and I put on Fox just to accompany the hatred. This focus story is one of those that needs to be put on one of those places that point out the Fox spin.

2. Of course we are still waiting for them to correct their other error
Mark Foley D-FL on O'Rielly a couple nights ago. Fair & Balanced, just not accurate or truthful.

4. .
Have you seen the thread from yesterday about their latest stunt? They are accusing the Dems of ignoring the emails to protect Foley's seat.
