We, the undersigned Democrats, members of the Original Party Of The Circular Firing Squad, beseech you to teach us how to STAND in the face of adversity. Goddess knows, we cave on everything and always eat our young. We'll discuss twenty-seven sides of an issue for six or eight years rather than take an actual position on anything. So it is that in these precious few days before an Election that we look to you to show us Strength.

Beset as you are by enemies on every hand, you are a member of The Party Of Morals And Values. Your duty is much greater than any that we have undertaken. You, Sir, are a role model--not just for such a poor party as We (bereft of Moral Compass and all that), but for the children of America, THE FUTURE LEADERS OF THIS GREAT NATION!

Mr. Speaker, if you should step down in the face of such lurid yet UNPROVEN allegations, WHAT WILL WE TELL THE CHILDREN? To whom should we then look to teach our young boys the Lessons Of Manhood? Without your shining example, how will these boys WRESTLE with the forces in this world that aspire to KEEP them on the BOTTOM?

Please, Mr. Speaker. We all realize you are, at this moment, in the dark soundbite of your soul. But if you step down in the face of this small adversity, the country will fall apart!!!!1! (I'm SERIES) And you don't think we poor, pitiful Democrats will be able to put it back together, do you??? So put aside your personal considerations FOR THE GOOD OF THIS CHRISTIAN NATION.
