NBC Today Show Whoring for GOP (re: Foleygate)
Edited on Thu Oct-05-06 08:17 AM by npincus
Their theme was "Hastert fights back" with the caption "Can GOP Bounce Back?". Already positing a happy conclusion (victory snapped from the jaws of defeat) for the GOP rather than exploring the fact of what happened in this very sick, perverse saga.

Who gives a shit whether the GOP can bounce back? Can the victims of this pervert bounce back? NBC politiczes a sex crime.

Big f*cking surprise.

1. NBC is in an invidious position
since it is they who chose to opt for ratings re Internet Predators.

2. Totally consistent: Isn't that the theme of the Dateline stories?
Their "catch a predator" series? Isn't that the overriding theme of their reports? How do the men we've entrapped bounce back?
