Rs/MSM Are Rolling Out The "Now That I Have More Facts on Hastert" BS
Edited on Thu Oct-05-06 11:57 AM by stopbush
You know, it's like clockwork with these assholes. Whether it's Orrin Hatch or Arlen Specter in Congress
or the Rs who we saw earlier this week bashing Hastert, the Rs use the same old strategy every god-damned time:
send out a "moderate" R to criticize a fellow R, then - after "getting the full story" - retract your earlier
criticism of the fellow R and fall into line and support the bastard. The most-recent example of this strategy
was the song-and-dance the Three Amigos (McCain, Warner & Graham) did on *'s torture bill.

Now, they're rolling it out to spin the Foley/Hastert debacle.

I saw it this am on MSGOP - some RW douche bag who had CALLED FOR HASTERT TO RESIGN has now changed his
tune "after speaking with Mr Hastert and getting the full story." This will be followed up later today when
Fat Denny does his 1pm news conference. Watch for the MSM to ask softball questions and then marvel at the
party discipline that had Rs calling for Hastert to resign yesterday fully supporting him today...and turning their
ire at Dems who "may" have been involved in this sordid story.

They must sit there laughing at the gullible Americans who fall for this bullshit every single time.

1. Someone was twisting their arms. it may have come from the White House.
The kids weren't playing well so Rove had to establish some order. IMHO. After all George SAID he supported Denny.

2. Joe Scarborough was sure that Rove has his fingerprints on all this
He said that Rove would have said to start attacking Democrats (like the way that Hastert is blaming them)
