William E. O'Reilly, Senior Advisor, is an acknowledged expert in the investigation of white collar crime, organized crime and political corruption. He has extensive investigative experience in the United States, Japan, Micronesia and South East Asia.
Mr. O'Reilly served 18 years with the Federal Bureau of Investigation, both domestically and overseas. While with the FBI, he participated in the Watergate investigation and the execution of a search warrant at the White House on the late President Nixon. He also previously served with the Los Angeles Police Department for 5 years as a detective and firearms and explosives expert.
He has worked in the private sector since 1988, most recently as CEO of the Asian operations of a NYSE listed security and investigations firm, which acquired OVG International, the investigations firm he founded, in June 2000.
Mr. O'Reilly has provided instruction and training to numerous law enforcement agencies and the private sector on a wide range of topics, including anti-terrorism and criminal procedures. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Police Science and Administration. He is the author of three works of non-fiction, which were respectively best sellers in South East Asia and Japan.
