Tony Snowjob just explained the Prez couldn't get involved in the Foley matter because the Congress is a co-equal branch of government and that Bush can't go around telling them what to do.

Amazing!!!! Bush has spent his entire stolen presidency completely neutering, bullying and ignoring the Congress. Bush and Cheney and Rice and Rummy don't consider the Congress as anything other than a mat to wipe their feet on.
