1. What if you think they're legal but they're not? |

Not sure how practical this is going to end up being...

6. I think the whole thing is a sick joke, and I bet the landlords are not |

too happy with all the extra paperwork it's going to require of them.

2. Do they really think this will |
|
deter undocumented workers from entering the United States?
I don't think so. It will make it more difficult for them to find housing.
As long as the jobs are here, the workers will come.

4. They'll just find somewhere else to live, which I think is the goal of |
|
Escondido, to "purge" them from that city. Bunch of racist, bigoted right-wingers anyway.

groves, but I don't think Halliburton has anything going on in San Diego county. These are nothing like the organized camps in "The Grapes of Wrath." These are homeless encampments hidden in valleys and unused gullies. Dirty mattresses laying around, just awful conditions.

8. Oh yeah those Messicans are streaming across the border |
|
just to take advantage of San Diego's very affordable housing. Leave that adobe shack in Xalapa for a $1200 a month studio in Escondido. :sarcasm:
