1. And those bounces weren't even that bouncey.
What'll they do now? They won't let Conyers get subpoena power without a HUGE fight...

I expect things will get even more interesting...

4. There Was No Bounce
The range of values when those polls hit showed a 95% confidence interval of plus/minus 2%. That means that about 1 in every 20 polls would have values as high as 3% above the mean.

Since his mean over the prior 20 months was about 39%, it was statistically predictable that one poll would provide a 42% approval rating.

That's what happened. It was EXACTLY within a statistically relevant range and indicated no change. Therefore, there was no bounce.

7. There's not been any rebound
And that's just what I said, unchallenged, at this website:

It sure is getting hard to find Republicans to argue with these days at 'open debate' websites.

8. Quite Obviously, We Agree
I know my statistical analysis. I've taught it at the grad level MANY times! I read your thread. There is no bounce. You know it, i know it, and obviously the more rational right know it.

There's no accounting, however, for the radical right. That 25% will support Silverspoon if he ate a baby on live TV.

3. And here we got all fussed up over the PT911 movie
Including me. Obviously it did not work. We just may get him back down to the low 30's again, like the good ole' days in May and June again.
