Taking responsibility - Does it mean ANYTHING anymore? |

So Denny Hastert is taking responsibility for the sexual abuse scandal. Doesn't taking responsibility usually imply some kind of consequence? I remember Bush has pulled this once or twice also. They say they are taking responsibility and then they just move on. You CAN'T take responsibility without also taking some action to rectify the problem.
