Appeal Filed in Bilbray Election Challenge:

Attorneys Paul Lehto and Kenneth Simpkins just entered an appeal to a
California Superior Court decision that prematurely ended an election
contest in California's 50th Congressional District. Just seven days
after the election, Speaker Dennis Hastert swore in Brian Bilbray on
the House Floor on June 13, 2006. Hastert claimed that Bilbray was the
rightful winner of the close election based on a communication he
received from the office of California's Republican Secretary of
State, Bruce McPherson.

------------------------------

We have a big battle for democracy coming up quickly. Our only tool
to know if machine vote counts are correct or not in many states will
be election
data forensic analysis (election monitoring can ensure accurate
accumulation of machine vote counts but not accurate individual DRE
machine counts). If you want a copy of my ppt presentation with my
ideas for how we can use election data to ensure that correctly
elected candidates are sworn into office in January, email me.

AK open records request docs and a UT appeal of denial of open records
requests and open records requests from other states are available
here where volunteers can also register to upload and index election
data docs to make them publicly available, plus a sample of OH Diebold
DRE paper vote summary records:

BlackBoxVoting.org has made the original database file available here
(we will probably put copies in our archive after I take a look at
them after finding someone to convert them to cvs for me):
