The ACLU never quits (thnakfully). I did quit,...and I'll tell you why.

The ACLU never quits (thnakfully). I did quit,...and I'll tell you why.
I am one of those individuals who aim to serve the whole, geater than me. Often, I feel like I don't belong in this country, anymore,...more often than not.

The competitive, capitalistic imposition of corporate-controlled society,...HAS impacted me as it impacts everyone, every day of their life. I mean, seriously, how can the majority of us EVER compare to the exhaustive materialistic commercials and real-life propaganda fed to us, every moment of our existence? Fantasy, bullshit, arrogance, fear, lies fed to us, like we are less than human, without any capacity to be curious or concerned or actually compassionate,...by individuals who have complete belief in their own superiority over the likes of me or you.

I quit practicing law because those oppressive MFers would win more often than not. I also believed what I was taught in law school: you state and stand on the rule of law whether or not it benefitted the outcome of the case. Yeah. What a deception about how our society really operates.

Ya' know, MLK gave not only us but the world a twenty year leap upon those who have dragged us a century behind. MLK is still ahead of those heartless oppressors because he had a REAL vision that encompassed ALL of us.

I may never practice law, again, but I'll certainly advocate the rule of law over men who seek to rule the law rather than the best interests of humanity.

My rant for the evening.
