to the election so that there would be no possibility of the GOP recovering from the scandal that was sure to erupt.....

If they did have them, I suspect they had them for a day or two and gave them to ABC and the time lag was due to ABC checking their sources...

But then again, ABC said they were given the EMails by a republican....

So if the Dem's had the EMails for more than a few days and released them now, then perhaps they deserve to be chastised for allowing a suspected sexual predator to be running loose on Capital Hill...

1. CREW sent them to the FBI in July. They were ignored.

Americablog also had them earlier in the year but they were unsubstantiated so they let them sit. This was not a Dem conspiracy to "October Surprise" the rethugs. It just worked out that way.

4. Some Asshole rep from Georgia

A Jack Kingston from Georgia has said he wrote a letter to Nancy Pelosi telling her she should respond to the fact that the democrats have been accused of having the emails and holding them til now, so they can make inroads in the election. He wants to know why democrats are using this in their campaign ads that is it reprehensible to sling mud like this.

HA HA HAHAHAHAHA...WHO HERE WOULD NOT HESITATED ONE SINGLE SECOND TO SAY THAT THE REPUBLICANS IF THEY HAD SOMETHING LIKE A FOLEY SCANDAL WOULD NOT BE THROWING IT IN THE DEMOCRATS FACE.

If you all remember that was one of the things that rove said they were going to do. The republicans had sent people out to come archives and files to see if the could dig any and all dirt on the democrats. In fact 90% of the money they would give to the republicans was going to be used for that project.
