2. Stealing the Government isn't a crime?Believe me I'm no fan of law sticking
Noses in polling booths ,Telephone conversations that have no warrant, to listen to ,But the Ballot Count needs to be policed.

4. Yes but it should be policed by citizen obsevers
and not by elected or appointed officials and certainly not by the police.

Election security and integrity should be in the charge of local people within each precinct and not by any government controlled agency.
