Back in the 80's I worked in downtown Coral Gables. The Church of Scientology was just up the block. One of my favorite passtimes during lunch was to play pick out the Scientologists. I could always tell by their eyes which ones were going to go in. Mark Foley's got Scientology eyes.

Rumer has it that Mark Foley may be doing his rehad at a joint called Narconon in Clearwater, FL. Narcanon was founded in 1966, the modern Narconon programme is the work of the late L. Ron Hubbard, the science fiction author and founder of the Church of Scientology. Do I need to say more?

Calling this program rehad is like calling Tom Cruise sane. Interesting place for Foley to pick to go hide. I would assume membership is required?

is a pretty weird place. All the little Scientologists running around in their uniforms.

Back in the 70's I got stuck spending an afternoon waiting for a friend at the Church of Scientology in LA. I didn't know the address he gave me wasn't his friggin' house. That was enough of a dose for me. Oh yeah, let's go clear. Sure, for how much money? How many classes do you have to take? Give me a break.
