Republicans should not be rejoicing right now over NK bombtest... |
|
Surely, many of them would rejoice at anything that gets the Mark Foley story off the front page - even a nuclear test by North Korea. However, this test by NK, if confirmed, will only affirm what many people have been saying all along about the Bush foreign policy. There is none.
North Korea shows very clearly the extent of which this Administration has failed. Thoroughly obsessed witha two-bit dictator like Saddam Hussein, they neglected the real threats in this world. All their talk about foreign policy "expertise" is only that - talk. It's difficult to imagine how anyone could have been more incompetent or negligent.
The Mark Foley story was a distraction that may have helped the Democrats politically, but it was not good for our country in the sense it took our minds off the failure that is the Bush "foreign policy". The Republicans are living in another century. They do not recognize the new threats or the new realities of the world. Americans need to look at the job these "experts" have done for our country. This Administration has been a "fiasco".

1. True, because it is yet ANOTHER failure of this regime... |
|
This doesn't take any heat off of the Foley case. This only emphasizes the difference in priorities.

They'll sucker us into spending trillions because our dear leader is afraid of their dear leader.
