10. Kolbe came out in 96 since he was about to be publicly outed by

the Advocate mag because of his vote on the Defense of Marriage Act. (Foley also was outed by the Advocate back then, but he stayed huddled in the closet.)

usually these guys make friends and hang together and do things together. Who where Foley's friends in Congress? Who was he seen with around town? You know the old saying: "Birds of a feather......"
