F* protocol! Bush's incompetence is endangering Nation's Survival

To hell with the dogma of "foreign policy unity" across the isle. Time for the major Democratic leaders -- e.g. Kerry, Clinton, Carter -- to call out the Bush regime's colossal, criminal, corrupt incompetence on the N.Korean nuclear threat.

During the Debates Kerry eviscerated Bush for reversing Powel's plan to continue the Clinton diplomatic strategy on N. Korea, resulting in a confusing policy of neglect.

" While they didn‘t talk at all, the fuel rods came out, the inspectors were kicked out, the television cameras were kicked out. And today, there are four to seven nuclear weapons in the hands of North Korea. That happened on this president‘s watch. Now, that, I think, is one of the most serious, sort of reversals or mixed messages that you could possibly send."

Clinton's negotiated deal can be well defended as a master-stroke of tough minded diplomacy that included even a credible threat of force.

The recent book "A Moment of Crisis" shows how Jimmy Carter's dramatic intervention in the 1994 North Korean nuclear crisis prevented an almost certain war, bringing Daddy Kim back to the negotiating table.

Dems have had a solid record on N. Korea. Bush's diplomatic failures and military misadventures have made U.S. international posture impotent and inconsequential. Dems must now cast aside protocol and call for the Bush security cabinet to immediately step down for the sake of the nation security.

January, our new foreign policy should begin by acknowledgment to the rest of the world that due to a quirk in our system of government, our country has been rum by a group of criminals and morons.
