Poll question: Will You Vote In November?
Edited on Mon Oct-09-06 04:55 PM by Tiggeroshii
Will you be voting on November 7? Be honest here. It is a serious queston becaues of the serious questions surrounding electronic voting and whether our votes will be counted. Not voting, however, in protest, would only give those taking the votes more power to take the votes in future election. Despite the capabilities by Diebold and Repug SOS's to jack our votes, they are stil being counted at least half legitmately, and the more people voting would help to counteract any other problems that we need to face up to.

1. I think a "no" vote requires an explanation...

4. So your "no" vote falls into choice three?
I changed it just now for to be more broad. I hoope the other no vote was similar.

6. Uhhh.....Yes.....
Not voting is not an option...and for those who I cross paths with and they say they are not going to vote.....I start preaching about why they should vote...

7. Yes, I will be voting. I'm mailing my request for an absentee
ballot tomorrow. That way I can be assured of a paper ballot instead of electronic voting.

8. Duh.
Of course we will be voting, all of us who can that is. Will our votes be counted? Beats me. I think mine will because we still use relatively reliable paper opscan ballots, your mileage may vary. But regardless, everyone who possible can vote should of course get out there and vote.

9. Yes, if I am physically able
I just placed a John Laesch yard sign out front. There are very few here in the Fox Valley and I am thoroughly expecting a visit from the Hastert organization any moment.

15. Probably vote absentee in October.
We usually get our ballots at least a week before the actual election.
