Bennet Brother Bill (Clinton Lawyer) is Hawking Special Counsel on Tweety!

Bill Bennet who was Clinton's lawyer but brother of "Bill (Moral Values while I Gamble my Life Away..but "I'm soooooo Sorry") is out there on Chris Matthews hawking his wares while Tweety promotes both Bennett and James Baker, III as bringing the Government back into line.

So...the SAME OLD SAME OLD are always getting BIG BUCKS to "CLEAN UP" another MESS of Repugs!

How long should this go on? This "incestual, nepotistic" relationship with the FAT CATS INSIDE THE BELTWAY!

NOTHING....NOTHING....NOTHING.....will ever be cleaned up by THOSE who brought us the CESSPOOL!

Tweety was very DRUNK...btw... His "left eyelid always droops" and he becomes very talkative when he's "hit a spot of drink." Watchers of Tweety can ALWAYS TELL....But, he loves those KIDS and his 7:00 p.m. Show will feature his next "College Round" where he sits down with them and schmoozes.

Is there "something about Tweety" we need to know? :eyes: He just loved Bush's "Codpiece" and went into "rapture and ecstasy" over his "FlyBoy Routine" signaling the END to Iraq Invasion.

1. Bennett DID make a good point about the ludicrousness of those

pugs investigating themselves (even though there are two dems involved), and he did say he wasn't interested in being part of this....doesn't mean he won't

and....tweet did seem pretty upset at the way pugs are handling this, as if he was surprised not to be in the know. he said that, as a staffer, he'd have known about stuff like this, and that he can't believe it wasn't common knowledge. also, he said (both of these bits were from another show) that there's NO way any staffers' bosses didn't know what was going on with Foley.

that seems pretty obvious now, but it's being downplayed in the media, and dems are being cautioned by that very same media NOT to make an issue of any of this for fear of being seen as partisan

2. You know, Gabi, I wanted to look on Bennett offering himself as a Good

Thing. My mind went into "retrograde" thinking he stood of for Clinton (when I used to like Clinton..when I supported him to the death) and I would have been so GLAD to hear Bill Bennett hawing himself as a Special Counsel/Independent Counsel."

But, after what I've learned being here on DU since Mid-Summer after the "Selection" I have NO FAITH any any "OLD HACKS" who are DC "Inside the Beltway Folks" to solve the dreadful problems facing our Country OR...to be in charge of "Investigations" anymore. These Hacks know where the "bodies are buried" and they don't go "dig them up" because the information would be TOO TERRIBLE for AMERICANS to DEAL WITH.

So...as much as my "PreSelection 2000" heart wanted to leap out of my chest that Bill Bennett is "offering his services" ....my Cynical side who knows the "Shadow Government" just had my antenae on FIRE! IOWD's WHY should we trust a Bennett Brother to get to the "bottom" of ANY CORRUPTION....when THEY are PART of the SYSTEM!!!

So...I shrunk from this...and knowing that Matthew's is a toady who "sticks his finger to the wind" for what he has on his show...and is DRUNK half the time on his show...I just couldn't STOMACH" his pandering throughout that show to Bennett and Fineman and Robinson and the Repugs who he had counter them.

I just couldn't deal with a BENNETT INVESTIGATION...any more than I would trust "POPPY'S FIXER, James Baker, III to make sense out of the Poppy Evil Spawn's CRACK UP!

I'm just so far beyond that ..that when I "perk up" my mind and experience all these years goes in to "Fact Check Mode" and I CANNOT SUPPORT ANYTHING FROM INSIDE THE BELTWAY!~!!! Just can't..Just can't......:-(
