Jaime McEntire on CNN: "assume it was in fact" Nuke test or not?

Jaime used words like "presume", "guess" "probability" etc. How does one assume a fact? It may have been conventional explosives. And I think China's reported indignation is a put-on. bush is a madman with WMDs. That is no "assumption".

2. As posted earlier, test may not have been entirely successful.

But shit-fer-brains is still guilty of bullying an egotistical nutjob into pushing back a little. Jong-Il might have tested a nuke anyway, but now he has a perfect excuse.
