Pakistan, India, and Israel condemn Korea nuke test (Irony alert)
http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/world/south_asia/6032843.stm

Pakistan has criticised North Korea's nuclear test, saying it was a "destabilising" development for the entire region.

Pakistan's disgraced nuclear scientist AQ Khan admitted in 2004 that he had passed on nuclear secrets to North Korea, Libya and Iran.

India has also expressed deep concern about the test and said it "jeopardises" peace and stability.

India and Pakistan carried out nuclear tests in 1998.

India condemns North Korean test

Test violates international commitments

It jeopardises peace, stability, security in the region

On board Air-India One: Anxious to avoid any possible comparison between North Korea and India as two nuclear-armed countries outside the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty (NPT) system, New Delhi on Monday officially accused Pyongyang of violating its "international commitments" and "jeopardising peace, stability and security on the Korean peninsula and in the region" by testing a nuclear weapon.

In a brief statement, the Ministry of External Affairs spokesman also said the test "highlights the danger of clandestine proliferation," an implicit reference to the nuclear links which have existed in the past between North Korea and Pakistan.
