Is it me, or does Bush look hung over today?
Every pic I've seen of him looks puffy, tired and hung over.

9. I agrre, Bush looked like shit today, Foley mess plus the clock running
down has begun to show. Bush has until Jan.3rd. to attack Iran then he loses all house & senate voting power, that's my concern, this prez is dangerous.
